Return Policy
Is your car key not working, or did you accidentally order the wrong item? No problem — you may return your key within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
